One thing that I have found is to have a drawing for prizes purchased with Title I funds (can be educational)Children get their name in the pot every Friday they come to school on time and don't leave early. I gave cheap items out after a while but they still loved them. I make sure the same kids did't win each week. It was great. All the names were placed in the pot for a grand prize at the end of the year.
